GraphicLeeMade L.L.C. ("GraphicLeeMade," "we," "us," or "our") operates graphicleemade.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

Information you give us directly, when you fill out our contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and what you're looking for help with. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details needed to schedule that call.
Information collected automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the Site: pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how you interact with the page. This is collected through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. None of these tools run until you accept cookies through the banner shown on your first visit.
To respond to your inquiry and follow up personally, generally within 48 hours. To understand how people use the Site, so we can improve it. To measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use cookies for: Analytics (Google Analytics 4), to understand Site traffic and usage. Advertising (Meta Pixel), to measure and improve our own advertising. Session insight (Microsoft Clarity), to see how visitors use the Site so we can fix what's confusing. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner on the Site, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings. Declining does not affect your ability to use the Site or submit the contact form.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: Consent for analytics and advertising cookies (collected through the cookie banner). Legitimate interest for reviewing and responding to inquiries you submit through the contact form, since that processing is necessary to do the thing you asked us to do. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We share information with the service providers who help us run the Site and respond to inquiries: Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Workspace (email). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.
GraphicLeeMade is based in the United States. If you're located in the EU, EEA, UK, or elsewhere outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
We keep contact form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete them on request (see Your Rights below).
If you're in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to our processing of it, receive a copy in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Wherever you're located, you can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@graphicleemade.com.
The Site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
